We combine foreign trade tools with supply chain's services. Trough our TIP program, foreign suppliers (without legal entity in Mexico), can make deliveries of parts and components to assembly plants and IMMEX on Mexican territory.
LD becomes the importer of record and makes daily deliveries, just in time, to the manufacturing plant, creating a monthly customs transfer of parts and components to the receiving plant using “virtual pedimentos” (export/import customs document).
The ownership of the product remains on the foreign supplier until the delivery to its domestic customer in national territory, time in which the commercial invoice is issued.
